XCEL Energy, Colorado's largest investor-owned utility, has unveiled its website for the Solar*Rewards Community (Solar Gardens) program. Information on the site includes things we know from the Solar Gardens Act, Public Utilities Commission process, and Renewable Energy Standard 2012 compliance plan (nothing earth shaking at this point).
